How does a swimming pool work?

The land: the most important point

A self-supporting swimming pool should be placed on a floor perfectly flat. On a slope, the water spreads poorly, the boudin leans and the pool can deform. Some tips:

Avoid sloping areas, even light, and soft terrain.
Remove stones, roots and sharp objects.
Put down a floor mat to protect the liner.
Install the pool away from trees: fewer leaves, less maintenance.

Filtration: essential from 3 m in diameter
