1. Areas served
We only deliver in metropolitan France.
2. Preparation, dispatch and deadlines
Orders are prepared and shipped from metropolitan France after confirmation of payment. The preparation period is usually 1 to 2 working days. For metropolitan France, the total indicative period is usually 3 to 5 working days, depending on the carrier. The exact deadlines and applicable fees are displayed before the order is validated.
3. Delivery costs
Standard delivery is currently free in metropolitan France. Any applicable exceptions or fees are presented to the customer in the basket and before payment.
4. Monitoring and incidents
When a tracking number is available, it is communicated by e-mail and in the customer area. In case of delay, loss, missing product or damage found upon receipt, contactez-nous with your order number and, if useful, photos so that we can process the file.
