What are your delivery delays?
Order processing within 1 to 2 days open, then delivery within 2 to 3 days open. Delai total estimates: 3 to 5 days open.
Free est-elle delivery?
Free is indicated in the basket and checkout for each eligible destination. Any fees are always displayed before payment.
Puis-je return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Who pays the return fee?
The return is supported by HOMEGAR under the conditions indicated on the Returns and Refunds page.
When does suis-je pay back?
The refund is made within 7 days of validation of the return, on the initial payment method.
What means of payment acceptez-vous?
The means available are displayed at checkout: payment by secure card via Stripe, PayPal when' ;it is available and Direct Billing by transfer when this option is offered.
